The monthly meeting of the Alvarado Chamber of Commerce was held Thursday, April 5th at Johnson County Pipe in Alvarado.
Davis Cassell gaves us a presentation on the type of water drainage projects that Johnson County Pipe supplies concrete tubes for. After a great barbecue lunch, Robbie Yaeger gave us a tour of the plant. Cyndi Yaeger presented a request for donations to support a Pennies for Patients fundraiser at Alvarado Elementary North. Thanks to the generosity of the 30 attendees a total of $162.66 was raised.
If you were not able to attend, we're sorry we missed you. But we do look forward to seeing you at our next meeting on May 3rd!!!
